CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that often times incorporates Olympic Weightlifting and/or Powerlifting.  CrossFit is an approach to functional fitness that is coach-led in an effort to optimize physical ability within a team-oriented environment.

CrossFit Cardio is a fast-paced workout that blends the metabolic conditioning and strength exercises found in CrossFit without heavy weightlifting. This approach to CrossFit is perfect for anyone looking to improve their endurance, stamina, flexibility, and agility. There are no prerequisites to attend a CrossFit Cardio class, and it is open to all fitness levels.

CrossFit Basics takes the more complex movements of CrossFit at a slower pace to accommodate newer athletes.  More time is focused on perfecting form with an emphasis on safety. Great for beginners and intermediate atehletes!

RedZone Cycling integrates our air bikes with functional movements to create an incredibly effective workout. You can check out more here.

CrossFit Endurance are specialty classes for our members that vary from week to week. Check the announcement board for the latest upcoming classes.

Open Gym is an opportunity for athletes to use the gym without the structure of a class.
