Awesome! We love newbies! RedZone Interval Training, CrossFit Cardio, and CrossFit Basics are great for beginners and require no CrossFit experience. You can jump right in with other newbies!
Welcome! A coach can test your skill level with Oly and Powerlifting before class. Those with 3+ months of solid, recent CrossFit experience can usually pass without a problem.
