How we are
different.

CrossFit Woodland Hills is not your typical gym. We do not have mirrors, treadmills, or weight machines. We do not read magazines, talk on cell phones, or watch television during our workouts. We do not do the same boring routines that produce minimal results.

Instead, we have knowledgeable coaches who ensure you are performing at your best. When we run, we run for real. We lift barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells. We do pull-ups, push-ups, and sit-ups. We climb ropes. We sweat and leave exhausted. We come back and do it again the next day.

Our gym is well-stocked with Rogue equipment (the same as used at the CrossFit Games) to ensure our members are training with the best gear in order to see the best results.

Joining CrossFit Woodland Hills means you’re joining a community of like-minded people that you will very quickly call your extended family. We sweat together, we challenge each other, we encourage each other, and we form a bond that extends well past the walls of the gym.

You’ll often find us all playing beach volleyball in the summer, celebrating someone’s birthday at the local bar and grill, going to CrossFit competitions together, or grabbing brunch on weekends after the workout!

7-Cleanliness

CrossFit gyms aren’t fancy. They aren’t supposed to be. They are functional spaces designed to produce results. We write on the floors, we leave hand chalk everywhere, but that doesn’t mean a gym has to be unsanitary.

At CrossFit Woodland Hills, we take cleanliness very seriously. Our equipment is wiped down and our floors are sanitized and scrubbed every night to make sure you are working out in a clean and sanitary environment.


8- Two Locations

CrossFit Woodland Hills is the only location that has a sister gym in the Valley (CrossFit Studio City).

Since both gyms do the same workout, we post our scores online so you can see how you ranked between both gyms, giving you a broader perspective of your fitness level and how you are improving from week to week.

In CrossFit, we love friendly competition. It’s what makes our workouts so much fun and it’s what drives us to do our best. With two gyms, that just means even more friendly competition and fun “gym vs. gym” challenges, which ultimately translates into better results for you as the athlete.


9- Two styles of CrossFit

CrossFit Woodland Hills offers two styles of CrossFit to choose from depending on your goals. Traditional CrossFit is more geared toward members interested in gaining strength and power, while CrossFit Cardio focuses more on fat burning and body toning.

Two styles of classes has the added benefit of allowing members to attend two different workouts a day (if you are ever so bold!). And since each workout is posted on our members-only forum, members can see the workouts and choose which one they prefer before attending the class. (Especially valuable for our members with pre-existing injuries.)

Ask our members and they will tell you how CrossFit has changed their lives. Some will tell you that it’s given them confidence that transcends the gym and into their personal and professional lives.
